Shipping Update

Dear Backers
We hope everything goes great for you. We are very happy about the feedback from Backers who have already received their game, but we know that people in the United States and Europe have not yet received their copy, for them this update.
For anywhere other than the US or Europe, the games should be here by now. If anyone is missing let us know.
For the United States: the arrival of the games at the port was on November 9, but to think that this merchandise has to go through customs, go from the port to the logistics center and from the logistics center make shipments. Today we have asked for an update, to see if they answer us soon, but last week they asked us to be patient, the shipments are in progress.
For Europe (excluding Spain): the games arrived at the port today, we still do not have confirmation that they have arrived but we hope so. Now the process is similar to that of the United States. They have to leave the port for the logistics center and from there they are sent, this can take a few days.
For Spain: the games arrived at the port on October 25, a week later they arrived at our warehouse and it's been a week since we all shipped them. If someone doesn't have their copy, please let us know.

As some Backers were able to verify and others will during these weeks when Pletrix arrives, your ADD-ONS come as a surprise.
They have already asked us if there was an error but no, absolutely all the people who took ADD-ONS have the same surprise.

Hola Backers,
Hoy traemos muy buenas noticias sobre los envíos a España y es que como podéis ver en la foto...
Pletrix ya está en nuestro almacén!! Entre hoy y mañana haremos su clasificación y este fin de semana procesaremos todos los envíos para que el lunes salgan absolutamente todos y podáis disfrutarlo desde la semana que viene.
Los envíos serán de 24/48h por lo que a mitad de semana deberíais tenerlo.
Cualquier duda no dudéis en enviarnos un privado.

Buenas tardes,
Esta actualización decidimos hacerla en español por ser para los Backers españoles.
Tal y como habíamos dicho en anteriores actualizaciones, la llegada de Pletrix al puerto de Vigo-España estaba prevista para ayer día 25 de octubre y por suerte, se han cumplido los plazos. Nos consta que hoy están con el despacho de aduanas y falta que nos confirmen cuando harán la entrega. Como para la semana hay festivo, puede que sea para la semana del 1 (día festivo) de noviembre o que se retrase a la semana del 7 de noviembre.
En cuanto lo tengamos en almacén lanzaremos una nueva actualización para avisaros de que comenzamos los envíos a España.

Shipments in progress

Dear backers
We attach a video of how Pletrix is being packaged and we also announce that they are already making shipments to all countries outside of Spain. Between this week and the next, all shipments will be made outside of Spain.
In fact today we are especially happy because we know that some Backer already has Pletrix in his house. We hope that in a few days everyone can have it.
Shipments to Spain: shipments to Spain have not undergone any changes, the estimated date for arrival at the port of Vigo is October 25 and we hope to be able to make all shipments at the beginning of November. As soon as we have Pletrix in our warehouse we will make a new update.
